Our team has a proven track record of success advising national and international clients on employment law. This encompasses all areas of individual and collective employment law, including employee data protection, and includes, in particular, negotiations with works councils (both within and outside of conciliation boards), employment litigation, advising on restructurings (business transfers and operational changes), and the area of ​​compensation and benefits (including management participation schemes and virtual participation schemes). Further areas of focus include transaction-related and transaction-related employment law, advising corporations on the drafting and termination of employment contracts for managing directors and board members, and collaborating with our colleagues in other offices on global projects.
